  • The San Francisco Giants’ High School Ambassador Program is a summer internship program for 16-17 year old rising juniors/seniors who are interested in learning what it’s like to work behind the scenes in professional baseball. They especially encourage students who might not have had an easy pathway into sports or live entertainment to apply. Applications are due in May. Learn more here.

  • TechKnowHow Summer Lego and Coding Camp. Apply to be a paid counselor here. Must be 16 years old.

  • Enterprise for Youth. Deadline is typically in April. Apply here.
    Internship program that helps high schoolers explore careers and develop workplace skills. Priority given to youth who identify as part of an underrepresented community, are rising junior/senior, or attend SFUSD and/or live in San Francisco.

  • SF YouthWorks. Application deadline is in April. Apply here.
    11th and 12th graders and graduating seniors can apply to SF YouthWorks, which provides internships at different departments of the City & County of San Francisco. Interns can then apply to join the Youth Leadership Team the following year, a paid position that helps plan and facilitate workshops for new interns.

  • MYEEP (Mayor’s Youth Employment & Education Program). Application deadline is in April. Apply here.
    Places 9th-10th graders in a paid summer job with job readiness training.

  • Opportunities For All. Application deadline is in April. Apply here. Opportunities for All (OFA) provides access to career exploration and workforce development including paid summer internships, after school programs and job readiness training. The program is designed to provide marginalized youth, ages 13-24, from all races and ethnicities, valuable workforce experience through an interdisciplinary curriculum and Work-Based Learning in San Francisco.   • Charity Cultural Services Center Counselor. Deadline is typically in April. Apply here.
